(A) No person shall sound any horn, signal device or other attachment on a vehicle, except as a necessary warning of danger to persons or property.
(B) No person shall cause and/or create any grating, screeching, grinding or squealing noise, or any loud reports, shots or other loud and/or unusual noises in the use of, or in the operation of motor vehicles or appurtenances attached thereto.
