The town shall owe no duty of care to keep the roads, streets, alleys and other public ways safe for entry or use by persons operating, using or riding in snowmobiles or other off-road vehicles, or to give any warning of a dangerous condition, use, structure or activity on such roads, streets, alleys, sidewalks or other public ways to such persons. Nothing in this subchapter shall be construed to create or increase a duty of care or ground of liability for injury to persons or property, or relieve any person using a snowmobile or an off-road vehicle from any obligation which he or she may have to exercise care in the use of the streets authorized in § 71.37 of this chapter, or from the legal consequences of failure to employ such care.
