§ 70.38  STANDING OR PARKING ON ONE-WAY STREETS PROHIBITED; SIGN PLACEMENT.
   The Traffic Engineer is authorized to erect signs upon either or both sides of any one-way street to prohibit the standing or parking of vehicles.
