Whenever in the administration of the traffic ordinances of the town, the Traffic Engineer or the Assistant Traffic Engineer takes action as provided herein, his or her acts shall be subject to review by the Town Council at any time within 90 days; however, such acts shall remain in full force and effect unless remanded, modified or nullified upon such review.
