§ 70.21 GENERAL DUTIES.

   It shall be the duty of the Traffic Engineer and the assistant Traffic Engineer to do the following:

   (A)   To determine the installation and maintenance of traffic-control devices;

   (B)   To conduct engineering analysis of traffic accidents and to devise remedial measures;

   (C)   To conduct engineering investigations of traffic conditions;

   (D)   To plan the operation of traffic on the streets, alleys and highways of the town;

   (E)   To cooperate with other town officials in the developments of ways and means to improve traffic conditions; and

   (F)   To carry out the additional powers and duties imposed by ordinances of the town.
