§ 70.20  OFFICE ESTABLISHED.
   The Marshal shall serve as Traffic Engineer, in addition to his or her other functions. The Marshal’s First Deputy shall serve as the Assistant Traffic Engineer. Neither the Marshal, nor the First Deputy, shall receive additional compensation in connection with serving as the Traffic Engineer and the assistant Traffic Engineer.
