There is hereby created a sight-impaired crosswalk on the north side of the intersection of Dora Avenue and Main Street in the town. The said sight-impaired crosswalk shall be four feet in width. The southern boundary line of the sight-impaired crosswalk shall abut the northern boundary line of Main Street, and the northern and the southern boundary lines of the sight-impaired crosswalk shall run parallel with and to the northern boundary line of Main Street. The sight-impaired crosswalk shall begin on the eastern boundary line of the Dora Avenue right-of-way and shall extend west across Dora Avenue to its western boundary line.
