The corporate boundaries of the town shall be defined as follows:
(A) Part of Section 13, Township 20 North, Range 4 East and part of Section 24, Township 20 North, Range 4 East in Hamilton County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows: beginning at the southeast corner of Section 13, Township 20 North, Range 4 East; thence north on and along the East line of said Section 13, a distance of 270 feet; thence west parallel with the south line of said Section 13, a distance of 184 feet; thence northwesterly 658.1 feet; thence westerly to the northeast corner of a tract of land owned by the Arcadia Methodist Church, as recorded in Deed Record 204, pages 195 and 196, in the office of the Hamilton County Recorder; thence in a southwesterly and westerly direction on and along the northerly boundary of said church tract to the northwest corner thereof; thence west parallel with the south line of said Section 13, to the west line of the east half of the southeast quarter of said Section 13; thence north on and along said west line to the north line of the south half of said southeast quarter; thence west on and along said north line and the north line of the south half of the southwest quarter of said Section 13 to the west line of Mary Siersdorfer’s Addition, as per plat thereof, recorded in Deed Record 61, page 320, in the office of the Hamilton County Recorder; thence south on and along said west line of said Siersdorfer’s Addition to the southwest corner of Lot #1 in said Addition; thence west 16 feet; thence south parallel with the west line of Olive Street to the north line of Knause Street; thence west on and along the north line of Knause Street to the west line of Magnolia Street; thence south on and along the west line of said Magnolia Street to the north line of North Street; thence west on and along the north line of said North Street to the west line of Dora Street; thence south on and along the west line of said Dora Street to the northeast corner of Lot #8 in J.R.
