§ 11.02  MUNICIPAL BOUNDARIES.
   The corporate boundaries of the town shall be defined as follows:
   (A)   Part of Section 13, Township 20 North, Range 4 East and part of Section 24, Township 20 North, Range 4 East in Hamilton County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows: beginning at the southeast corner of Section 13, Township 20 North, Range 4 East; thence north on and along the East line of said Section 13, a distance of 270 feet; thence west parallel with the south line of said Section 13, a distance of 184 feet; thence northwesterly 658.1 feet; thence westerly to the northeast corner of a tract of land owned by the Arcadia Methodist Church, as recorded in Deed Record 204, pages 195 and 196, in the office of the Hamilton County Recorder; thence in a southwesterly and westerly direction on and along the northerly boundary of said church tract to the northwest corner thereof; thence west parallel with the south line of said Section 13, to the west line of the east half of the southeast quarter of said Section 13; thence north on and along said west line to the north line of the south half of said southeast quarter; thence west on and along said north line and the north line of the south half of the southwest quarter of said Section 13 to the west line of Mary Siersdorfer’s Addition, as per plat thereof, recorded in Deed Record 61, page 320, in the office of the Hamilton County Recorder; thence south on and along said west line of said Siersdorfer’s Addition to the southwest corner of Lot #1 in said Addition; thence west 16 feet; thence south parallel with the west line of Olive Street to the north line of Knause Street; thence west on and along the north line of Knause Street to the west line of Magnolia Street; thence south on and along the west line of said Magnolia Street to the north line of North Street; thence west on and along the north line of said North Street to the west line of Dora Street; thence south on and along the west line of said Dora Street to the northeast corner of Lot #8 in J.R. Kiste’s Addition, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 2, page 96, in the office of the Hamilton County Recorder; thence west on and along the north line of said Lot #5 to the west line thereof; thence south on and along the west line of said Lot #8 and Lot #7 in said Addition to the north line of Lot #2 in said Addition; thence west on and along the north line of Lots #2, #3, #4 and #5 in said Addition and the north line of Lot #l in the Replat of J.R. Kiste’s 2nd Addition, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 3, pages 58 and 59, in the office of the Hamilton County Recorder, 348.6 feet; thence north 415 feet; thence west 826 feet to the west line of said Section 13; thence south on and along said west line 580 feet to the north line of Section 24, Township 20 North, Range 4 East; thence east on and along said north line to a point 521.5 feet east of the northwest corner of said Section 24; thence south to the southwest corner of a tract of land owned by C.M. Robbins, as recorded in Deed Record 138, page 242, in the office of the Recorder of Hamilton County; thence easterly on and along the south line of said Robbins land and the eastward projection thereof to the west line of Olive Street produced south; thence south on and along the west line of said Olive Street produced south to the south line of the north half of said Section 24; thence east on and along said south line to the east line of Illinois Street in Arcadia Land Improvement Company Addition, as per plat thereof, recorded in Deed Record 59, pages 46 and 47, in the office of the Hamilton County Recorder; thence north on and along the east line of said Illinois Street to the south line of Franklin Street in said Addition; thence east on and along the south line of said Franklin Street to the east line of said Section 24; thence north on and along said east line to the place of beginning; and (Ordinance recorded in Book 136, page 87, Instrument No. 9458, on 10-25-1972, in the Office of the Recorder of Hamilton County, Indiana.)
   (B)   Also: part of the east half of the southeast quarter of Section 13, Township 20 North, Range 4 East, in Hamilton County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows: beginning at a point 1,368.38 feet south 00 degrees 02 minutes 20 seconds west of the northwest corner of said east half; thence south 00 degrees 02 minutes 20 seconds west on the west line of said east half 784.20 feet; thence north 89 degrees 31 minutes 25 seconds east 239.76 feet; thence north 61 degrees 41 minutes 22 seconds east 50.00 feet to a point; thence northwesterly on a curve, center of said curve being south 61 degrees 41 minutes 22 seconds east 113.00 feet from said point, 80.90 feet to a point, said point being north 23 degrees 40 minutes 21 seconds east 113.00 feet from the center of said curve; thence northwesterly on a curve, center of said curve being north 23 degrees 40 minutes 21 seconds east 97.00 feet from said point, 112.36 feet to a point, said point being south 89 degrees 57 minutes 40 seconds west 97.00 feet from the center of said curve; thence north 00 degrees 02 minutes 20 seconds east 68.59 feet; thence south 89 degrees 57 minutes 40 seconds east 233.78 feet to the point of curvature of a curve to the left with a radius of 350.00 feet; thence northeasterly on said curve to the left 209.36 feet, through a central angle of 34 degrees 16 minutes 20 seconds to its point of tangency; thence north 55 degrees 46 minutes 00 seconds east 178.04 feet; thence southeasterly on a non-tangent curve to the right with a radius of 630.47 feet 242.08 feet through a central angle of 22 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds to its point of tangency, which bears south 23 degrees 14 minutes 00 seconds east 240.60 feet from the last described point; thence north 68 degrees 49 minutes 39 seconds east 198.43 feet to a point on a tract of ground described in Book No. 268, page 163; thence north 21 degrees 18 minutes 18 seconds west on the west line of said tract 171.63 feet to the southwest corner of a tract of ground described in mortgage release record 40, page 16; thence north 26 degrees 18 minutes 46 seconds west 175.42 feet to the southwest corner of a tract as described in book no. 168, page 344; thence north 34 degrees 14 minutes 00 seconds west on the west line of said tract 95.00 feet to the northwest corner thereof; thence north 55 degrees 46 minutes 00 seconds east on the northerly line of said tract and its prolongation 197.19 feet to the centerline of State Road 19, thence northwesterly on a non-tangent curve to the left with a radius of 2291.83 feet, 50.03 feet through a central angle of 01 degrees 15 minutes 03 seconds to a point; thence south 55 degrees 46 minutes 00 seconds west 199.13 feet; thence north 34 degrees 14 minutes 00 seconds west 120.00 feet to the south line of a tract described in Book 241, page 149; thence south 89 degrees 59 minutes 48 seconds west 737 feet (738.49 feet measured) on said south line to the point of beginning containing 11.859 acres, more or less, subject to drainage and utility easements as shown on the attached plat.
