Nothing in the traffic code shall be construed to prevent the owner of real property used by the public for vehicular travel, by permission of the owner and not as a matter of right or law, from:
(A) Prohibiting such use;
(B) Requiring other or different or additional conditions than those specified in the traffic code; or
(C) Otherwise regulating such use as may seem best to such owner.
