§ 52.10  PROHIBITING DUMPING OF CERTAIN WASTE INTO THE SEWER SYSTEM.
   The town is hereby authorized to prohibit dumping of wastes into the town’s sewer system which, in its discretion, are harmful to the operation of the sewage works, or to require methods effecting pretreatment of said wastes to reduce the characteristics of the waste satisfactory to the town.
