The sewage works shall consist of lands, easements, rights-of-way, interceptors, laterals and all other types and sizes of sewer lines, and a 240,000-gpd high-rate trickling filter-type sewage treatment plant with effluent chlorination, a seven-day detention terminal lagoon, and all other lands, lines, structures, easement, rights-of-way, equipment, accessories and appurtenances, which may be acquired and/or constructed in the future.
