(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any user who violates §§ 51.44 and 51.45 of this chapter shall be subject to a fine in an amount of $50 for the first violation, payable at the Town Hall. Each day thereafter that the violation continues shall constitute a separate offense and each separate offense may be punishable by a fine not more than $2,500. In addition to, or in the alternative to, a fine, water service may be terminated for any user who violates §§ 51.43 and 51.44 of this chapter. In addition to the imposition and payment of any fines and/or court costs, violators shall be responsible for the payment of the town’s attorney fees in prosecuting §§ 51.40 through 51.47 of this chapter as well as shall reimburse the town for the cost of responding emergency services, if any.
