§ 50.42 SUBORDINATION OF RATES, RIGHTS, RULES AND LAWS.

The terms and provisions of this subchapter is subject and subordinate to the rate ordinances of the utilities, rights of bondholders, the rules, regulation and jurisdiction of the Public Service Commission of the state and the laws of the state.
