The tap fee for a 3/4” water tap shall be $750. The tap fee for a four-inch sanitary sewer tap shall be $750. For larger size taps or to cut the street to extend the water and/or sanitary sewer service, the charge shall be in the amount to reimburse the town for labor, material and overhead necessary for tapping the main. The tap fee shall include but not be limited to the town’s cost of:
(A) Tapping a trunk line or lateral sewer;
(B) Tapping a water main;
(C) Constructing connective spurs for water or sewer;
(D) Pavement reconstruction or other cost in connection with a connective spur; and
(E) Fees for inspection.
