§ 154.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person, firm, or corporation who violates any provision of §§ 154.001 through 154.006, 154.020 through 154.023, 154.035 through 154.051, 154.065 through 154.088, and 154.100 through 154.106 shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by fine and costs as provided for in § 10.99. Each day upon which a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.

   (C)   No changes of any nature shall be made in the Official Zoning Map or matter shown thereon except in conformity with the procedures set forth in this § 154.039. Any unauthorized change of whatever kind by any person or person shall be considered a violation of this subchapter and is punishable under § 10.99.

   (D)   A violation of § 154.074 shall be deemed a misdemeanor and shall be punishable by fine. Any person, firm, or corporation who violates or refuses to comply with any of the provisions of these regulations shall be fined for each offense. Each day a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.

   (E)   Each violation of §§ 154.085 through 154.088 shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as provided herein.
