§ 151.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   (1)   Any owner or occupant who fails, refuses, or neglects to trim trees and shrubbery as provided in § 151.01, after receiving ten days’ notice from the Chief of Police or duly authorized agent to do so, shall be guilty of an offense.

      (2)   Any violation of §§ 151.01 through 151.04 shall be deemed an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine and costs as provided for in § 10.99. Every day upon which a violation continues will constitute a separate offense.
