§ 151.04 DRAINAGE OF POLLUTING SUBSTANCES.
   It shall be unlawful for any residence, business, or industry to allow drainage of a polluting substance (as defined by 82 O.S. § 1084.2, as amended) into any street, alley, sidewalk, or public right-of-way of the town.
