§ 150.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person, firm, or corporation who shall fail to do anything required by §§ 150.01 through 150.08 or by any code adopted by these provisions, who shall otherwise violate any provision of these provisions or of any code adopted herein, or who shall violate any lawful regulation or order made by any of the officers provided for herein shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by fine and costs as provided for in § 10.99. Each day in which a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense. In addition to such fine or imprisonment, licenses issued hereunder may be revoked.
