§ 150.08 HOUSE NUMBERING SYSTEM.
   (A)   All buildings and houses in the town shall be numbered. The Mayor shall be responsible for designating the proper numbers for houses and buildings.
   (B)   The north and south base line shall be Santa Fe Avenue; buildings west of the base line shall be know and numbered as west.
   (C)   The east and west line shall be Main Street; all buildings south of this base line shall be known and numbered as south.
   (D)   There shall be 100 numbers applicable to each block, commencing with one on the odd side and two on the even side of the street.
   (E)   Each 25 feet of frontage on each block shall be entitled to a separate number.
   (F)   The first block from the base line in either direction shall be given numbers from one through 99 and the second block shall be given numbers from 100 through 199 and so on in consecutive order by hundreds to each block in succession.
   (G)   The odd numbers shall be on the east side of the streets extending north and south and on the north side of the streets extending east and west; the even numbers shall be on the opposite side of such streets. Except on all east/west streets between Sixth Street and Seventh Street, the numbers shall be as follows: beginning at Sixth Street, numbers shall begin at 600 and increase towards the west to 650, ending at Broadway. Thence from Broadway, numbers shall begin at 650 and increase to the west to 699, ending at Seventh Street.
   (H)   The affixed one-half shall be added to the last proceeding number in designating stairways or garage apartments.
   (I)   It shall be the duty of the owner of any house or building in the town to have such house or building numbered in accordance with this section.
   (J)   In situations where the plat or pattern of the area does not fit this numbering system, the Town Board of Trustees shall study and determine for adoption by ordinance an appropriate amendment to this section.
