(A) Plumbing registration required; fees; revocation.
(1) Any person engaged or about to engage in the business of plumbing in the town shall register with the Town Clerk and pay a registration fee of $25 per annum or fraction thereof. Annual re-registration shall be conducted on June 30 each year. Registration shall include proof of state license.
(2) No person shall do any gas fitting, extensions, connection of fixtures, or repairs to any gas fitting, except qualified license persons, as provided in this code of ordinances.

(B) Plumbing permit. In addition to the registration fee required under division (A)(1) above, the applicant shall obtain a permit from the Town Clerk. The cost of such permit shall be $5. The application for permit shall contain a description of the work to be done.
