§ 150.04 MOVEMENT OF FRAME BUILDINGS.
   No frame building shall be moved from outside to within the corporate limits of the town which (by reason of its age, state of repair, condition of wiring, or for any other reason) is unfit for human habitation or which might endanger the public peace, safety, health, or welfare.
