§ 132.03 UNLAWFUL ASSEMBLIES.
   It shall be unlawful for two or more persons to assemble together to act in concert to do any unlawful act against the peace or to the terror of others or to make any movement thereto or any preparation therefor or otherwise to assemble together for other unlawful purposes.
