(A) Any person violating any provision of Chapters 130 through 134 for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person, firm, or corporation who shall violate any provision of §§ 130.01 through 130.04, 131.01 through 131.07, 132.01 through 132.08, 133.01 through 133.09, and 134.01 through 134.10 shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by fine and costs as provided for in § 10.99. Each day’s continuation of any such violation shall be a separate offense.
