§ 131.27 PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS.
   (A)   Generally. It shall be an offense for any person to be drunk in or on any highway, street, alley, public building or any public place within the town.
   (B)   Cafes and clubs. No person operating a cafe, restaurant, club or any place of recreation shall permit any person to be drunk or intoxicated in such place of business.
