§ 130.01 OFFENSES DEFINED.
   An OFFENSE is hereby defined as the doing of any act or thing which, by Chapters 130 through 134 or any ordinance of the town, is prohibited, forbidden, or declared to be unlawful or the failure or refusal to do any act or perform any duty which, by any provision herein or by any ordinance of the town is commanded or required to be done.
