(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person who violates any provision of §§ 110.01 through 110.04, 110.15 through 110.17, 111.01, 113.01, and 113.02 shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by fine and costs as provided for in § 10.99. In addition to any such fine and costs, any license issued hereunder may be revoked. Each day upon which a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
