(A) It shall be an offense for any persons to engage in any kind of itinerant occupation in the town without first having obtained an itinerant occupation license from the office of the Town Clerk.
(B) There is hereby levied an itinerant occupation tax in the amount of $25 per day against persons, firms, associations, and corporations engaged in itinerant occupations within the town.
