(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person, firm, or corporation who violates any provisions of §§ 96.01 through 96.03, including the provisions of any code adopted by the town, shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by fine and costs as provided in § 10.99. Each day upon which a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
