(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person, firm, or corporation who violates any provision of §§ 90.01 through 90.12, 90.25 through 90.27, and 90.40 through 90.43 or who violates or neglects to carry out any reasonable order made by any Health Officer, the Chief of Police, or the animal control officer (pursuant to this chapter) shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by fine and costs as provided for in § 10.99. Each day upon which a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense. In addition to any fine or imprisonment, licenses issued under this chapter may be revoked.
