No person shall keep or harbor bees, dangerous birds, venomous snakes, rodents, rabbits, or wild animals without first obtaining a license. The license shall be issued by the Town Clerk upon a determination that issuance is consistent with public health, safety, and welfare and upon prior payment of a license fee in the amount of $10.
