(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 50.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person, firm, or corporation who shall violate any provision of §§ 53.15 through 53.23 or continues any violation beyond a time limit designated in these sections shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by fine and costs as provided for in § 10.99 of this code. Each day on which any such violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense.
