§ 50.21 TURNING ON UTILITIES UNLAWFULLY.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to turn any utility on to any premises from any municipal system, without written permission of the Town Clerk. Utilities shall not be turned on until the plumbing or electrical wiring, as the case may be, has been inspected and approved by the Building Official or his or her designated representative, as provided by ordinance, and until any and all deposits and charges have been paid. The Town Clerk will see that the utility is turned on when all requirements for service have been complied with.
