Each and all plots, lots, blocks, additions, subdivisions and parcels of ground included within the corporate limits of the municipality of Arapahoe, Nebraska, and not vacated of record prior to the enactment of this chapter, including the original plat of the municipality, are hereby accepted, approved and confirmed as valid and each and all of said lots, blocks, additions, subdivisions and parcels of ground as heretofore platted and recorded in the office of County Clerk of Furnas County, Nebraska, and not heretofore vacated and all other parcels of ground included within said corporate limits are hereby declared to be within the municipality and an integral part thereof, except that the following streets and alleys have heretofore been vacated:
Alley between Blocks 2, 21 and 34; Fifth Street, between Davis and Dalton Streets; Sixth Street between Blocks 19 and 20; and the alleys in Blocks 19 and 20; alley in Block 12; alley in Block 75; the south four feet of Pine Street; adjacent to Block 75; Oak Street between Tenth and Eleventh Street; Twelfth Street, between Vine Street and Chestnut; the alley in Block 14; the west two feet of Alley in Block 16 Colvin’s Addition; north three hundred four feet of Catholic Addition; alley through Blocks 72 and 73; Eleventh Street from the alley in Block 72 south to the south side of Block 72; alley in Blocks 2, 3 and 26 and Second Street from Vine Street to Chestnut Street; west ten feet of alley in Block 2 Colvin’s Addition; First Street from Chestnut Street to Vine Street and the alley in Blocks 59 and 60; Dudley Street from east side on Nebraska Avenue east to municipal limits; west two feet of the alley in Block 16, Colvin’s Addition to the municipality of Arapahoe; alleys in Block 2, Block 3, Block 12, Block 14, Block 26, Block 59, Block 60, Block 72, Block 73 – Original Town of Arapahoe; alleys in Block 2, 17, 18 and 20 – South Addition to the municipality of Arapahoe; First Street between Vine and Chestnut; Second Street between Vine and Chestnut; Twelfth Street between Vine and Chestnut; Third Street between Main Street and Pine Street; the south four feet of Pine Street adjacent to Block 75; the south half of Eleventh Street lying between Blocks 72 and 73, Original Town; that part of Oak Street lying south of Block 73, Original Town; Seventh Street lying between Davis Street and Dudley Street, South Addition; Sixth Street lying between Davis Street and Dudley Street, South Addition; Fifth Street lying between Davis Street and Dalton Street, South Addition; and Dudley Street lying between Nebraska Avenue and the east municipal limits.
