§ A36-1 PURPOSE.
   The purpose of this article is to establish specific performance standards in compliance with §§ 155.260 through 155.271 for property designated by Ordinance No. 1025 on the official zoning map. The purpose of this zone is to provide for apartment and condominium dwellings with a maximum density not to exceed 20 units per acre.
