The purpose of this article is to establish specific performance standards in compliance with §§ 155.260 through 155.271 for property designated by Ordinance No. 1014 on the official zoning map. The purpose of this zone is to provide for high density townhomes, apartments and condominiums that exclusively service persons 55 years of age or older.
