§ A34-1 PURPOSE.
   The purpose of this article is to establish specific performance standards in compliance with §§ 155.260-155.267 for property designated by Ordinance No. 975 on the official zoning map. The purpose of this zone is to provide for an integrated mix of medium density residential uses and institutional uses.
