§ A33-1 PURPOSE.
   The purpose of this subchapter is to establish specific performance standards in compliance with §§ 155.260 through 155.267 for property designated by Ordinance No. 856 on the official zoning map. The purpose of this zone is to provide for an integrated mix of medium density residential uses and institutional uses.
