§ 130.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of § 130.08 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to the penalties thereof as provided in this code. Each day a person maintains a residence in violation of § 130.08 constitutes a separate violation.
   (B)   Any violation of §§ 130.10 through 130.13 is a misdemeanor.
