The purpose of this article is to establish specific performance standards in compliance with §§ 155.260 through 155.267 for property designated by Ordinance No. 632 on the official zoning map. The purpose of this zone is to provide an integrated mix of single- family, low, moderate, and high density multiple- residential uses as well as neighborhood commercial uses and public parks.
