§ A22-1 PURPOSE.
   The purpose of this article is to establish specific performance standards, in compliance with §§ 155.260 through 155.267, for property designated by Ordinance No. 629 on the official zoning map. The purpose of this zone is to provide for an integrated mix of low and moderate density residential uses as well as neighborhood convenience retail.
