The purpose of this article is to amend Ordinance No. 244 by establishing specific performance standards in compliance with §§ 155.260 through 155.267 for property so designated on the official zoning map. The purpose of this zone is to provide for an integrated mix of shopping center, freestanding retail and limited business uses.
