(A) Any work to be performed on or under the village rights-of-way or easements shall require permits and shall adhere to the village requirements as described in Exhibit AA attached to the ordinance codified herein and made a part hereof for all purposes.
(B) Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of this section is committing an unlawful act and shall be subject to the penalty as noted in Exhibit AA attached to the ordinance codified herein and made a part hereof for all purposes.
