(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) The violation of any provision of § 150.02 is hereby declared to be a misdemeanor, and any person, firm, or corporation, upon conviction, shall be fined not to exceed the sum of $50, and each days violation shall be deemed a separate offense.
(C) Whoever violates § 150.04, or proceeds in the construction, alteration, repair, or demolition of any driveway in a manner which does not comply with the approved plans and permits issued for such work under the provisions of § 150.04, shall be fined no more than $100. Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense.
