(A) No person shall let any motor vehicles, motorcycle, or any type of system with internal combustion engine set any where in the village without being licensed.
(B) No junk vehicle shall be permitted in the village. Any vehicle that is found to be a junk vehicle, which is found in R.C. § 505.173, shall be removed within 48 hours after being served written notice.
(C) No vehicle shall have extensive damage, such damage including, but not limited to, any of the following: a broken window or windshield; body parts; or missing wheels, tires, motor, or transmission.
(D) No vehicle shall be apparently inoperable with a fair market value of $1,500 or less.
