§ 93.28 PEST CONTROL.
   (A)   Protecting property. All structures and the premises thereof shall be maintained free from sources of breeding, harborage, and infestation by insects, vermin, or rodents.
   (B)   Definitions. For the purpose of this section, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      (1)   EXTERMINATION. The control and elimination of insects, rodents or other pest by eliminating their harboring places, by removing or making inaccessible material that may serve as their food, by any recognized and legal pest elimination methods.
      (2)   INFESTATION. The presence within or around a dwelling, dwelling unit or rooming unit of any insects, rodents or other pests.
   (C)   Agencies to contact. In the event of certain pest conditions, residents are advised to contact the following agencies:
      (1)   Rats and rat problems: call Wayne County Health Dept. 330-264-9590;
      (2)   Insects and bee problems: call Extension Service; and
      (3)   Wildlife animal problems: call General Wildlife Info Line 1-800-WILDLIFE.
