§ 93.27 OUTDOOR FIRES.
   (A)   Outside fires and open burning are prohibited inside the village except for cooking food for human consumption or for heating tar, welding, acetylene torches, highway safety flares, heating for warmth for outside workers, smudge pots, and similar occupational uses; provided, however, that the fire shall not be used to burn garbage, construction/ building debris, landscape waste, or any other material and shall be of minimum size sufficient for the intended use.
   (B)   The outside fire is to have it in a fire ring.
   (C)   The fire must be under control and shall have someone over the age of 21 years of age in control of the fire area.
