(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any violation of § 90.01 shall constitute a minor misdemeanor. Each day(s) violation shall constitute a separate offense.
(C) Whoever violates § 90.13 shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor and subject to a fine not to exceed $100 per infraction and will be required to leave the park grounds.
