The village does, by these presents, and pursuant to the § 52.26(A), conditionally waive the requirement that the state first apply for and obtain a discharge permit from the Board of Public Affairs as a condition precedent to discharging sewage to the village’s sewer system; provided, however, that the village may at any time heretofore exercise the option to require a discharge permit from the state, upon 30 days written notice to the state, in the event the village has reasonable grounds to believe the state has violated any provision of the use ordinance, as the same has been or may be amended from time to time.
