(A) The city may issue a warning to any person who violates any provision of this Article. The person receiving a warning shall take affirmative steps to address the violation. The city shall allow a person who has been issued a warning a maximum of 14 calendar days to correct the violation. If the violation has been corrected to the city's satisfaction within 14 days, the city shall not proceed with continued enforcement of this Article.
(B) If, after 14 calendar days, a person who has received a warning for any violation of this Article has not corrected the violation, the city may issue a civil action in Municipal Court. A civil violation of this section is subject to a fine of not more than $2,500.
(C) If, after being assessed a civil penalty for a violation of this section and the violation has not been corrected to the city's satisfaction within 14 calendar days, a person violating this Article shall be subject to a criminal action and shall be guilty of a Class One Misdemeanor, and shall be subject to the penalty and multiple charging provisions set forth in Apache Junction City Code, Vol. I, § .
