§ 5-2-6 REQUIREMENT TO INSTALL AND MAINTAIN EROSION PREVENTION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL MEASURES.
   All land-disturbing activities at the construction site shall be conducted in accordance with the approved SWPPP. The permittee shall implement all BMPs as described in the SWPPP and periodically inspect them to ensure that they are operating as designed and have not been damaged and/or altered.
